Refund Policy


  • Please contact us for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return and refund, the medical device must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Returns are accepted within 20 days from the date of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Devices

  • If the medical device is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued, including any applicable shipping costs.

Change of Mind

  • If you have a change of mind regarding your purchase, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis.
  • Restocking fees may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

      Complimentary Training

      • With your purchase you will receive a complimentary 60 minute training session.
      • This training will be via Zoom, unless the Customer is located in metro Sydney.
